GIMPASO (hereinafter "the inn") recognizes the importance of the personal information of guests using the inn, and handles it appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

1.We use guests’ personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, employer, and for foreign guests, nationality and passport number, etc.) for the following purposes.

Providing the inn’s services
Communications such as reservation confirmations
Information from the inn
As required by law

Regarding item 3, we will only send information to guests who have given their consent.

2.The inn will not provide guests’ personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.

If a guest requests disclosure of their own registered personal information, we will disclose it promptly. If disclosure is not possible, we will explain the reason.
If a guest requests that we stop using or correct their information, we will respond promptly within the scope required by law.
The procedures for item 2 above are as follows.
- a. To confirm your identity, please mail us a copy of your residence certificate, driver’s license, or similar document.
- b. Our response will be sent by registered mail to the address on your residence certificate.
- c. Please note that a handling fee of ¥1,000 will be charged.

3.We handle requests for disclosure, suspension of use, and correction from guests as follows.: For requests regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of personal data we hold about you, please contact the inquiry desk below. After verifying your identity through our designated procedure, we will respond without delay.

4.Commitment to compliance with related laws and regulations: We comply with laws, ordinances, agreements, and other requirements we have agreed to, and give due consideration to matters that may affect the environment.

5.Responsibility and awareness: This policy is communicated to everyone working at GIMPASO, including executives. We also practice environmentally conscious living in our daily lives.

6.Disclosure of information: The contents of this policy will be disclosed by posting them on our website. If the contents are revised, we will likewise announce this on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are charged as follows.

For bookings of 14 guests or fewer

No-show without notice	100% of the room rate
Same day	100% of the room rate
1 day before	50% of the room rate
2 days before	30% of the room rate
3 days before	30% of the room rate

Percentages indicate the cancellation fee as a share of the base room rate.
If the length of your stay is shortened, a cancellation fee equal to one day (the first day) will be charged, regardless of the number of days shortened.
