Seasonal gifts, fresh from the morning sea.
Prepared with care, straight from the catch.

Mikawa Bay, rich in plankton, yields deeply flavorful fish available only briefly each season. From fresh local fish caught that very morning to plump, lively abalone and the finest sweet Akaza shrimp, our head chef prepares the very best of Mikawa’s ocean bounty — ingredients so good that our guests can’t help but say "delicious."

Regarding Food Allergies

For guests with food allergies, we will do our best to accommodate requests submitted at least 3 days in advance.

Due to the nature of our operations, we may not always be able to fully meet every request. For severe allergies, please consult your physician before your stay for safety.

Sensitivity to allergens varies by individual. While we can avoid using a specific ingredient, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace amounts from shared cooking equipment. Single-ingredient allergies (e.g., shrimp) can generally be accommodated, but allergens such as wheat or soy that appear in seasonings may be difficult to fully exclude.

Complete ingredient exclusion may require a change in preparation and an additional fee. Please contact us by email or phone at least 3 days in advance. Requests for processed or pureed food may also incur an additional fee.

As we do not currently have a specialist on staff, we are unable to accommodate gluten allergies, guests carrying an EpiPen, guests with a history of anaphylactic shock, or other severe conditions. We are also unable to offer vegan meals. Thank you for your understanding.
