Cancellation fees are charged as follows.

For bookings of 14 guests or fewer

No-show without notice100% of the room rate
Same day100% of the room rate
1 day before50% of the room rate
2 days before30% of the room rate
3 days before30% of the room rate
  1. Percentages indicate the cancellation fee as a share of the base room rate.
  2. If the length of your stay is shortened, a cancellation fee equal to one day (the first day) will be charged, regardless of the number of days shortened.
